I have a problem with formatting file (converting to JPG.image) while i click save as it just present PSB TIF or RAW how do i find the jpg button to convert them?

It might be a 32-bit image, which JPEG does not support. Go into Image > Mode and make sure it's 8 bit or 16 bit (my guess is that it's currently 32 bit).

You could also try doing a File > Export > Export As (or Save for Web) and choosing JPEG that way.
