It's hard to see that screenshot can you post a larger one with everything showing.

One thing to check is the Image Mode your working in

First it appears shaded and then it locks progesively.

Try resetting PS preferences

To restore preferences quickly using a keyboard shortcut: Press and hold Alt+Control+Shift (Windows) or Option+Command+Shift (Mac OS) as you start Photoshop. You are prompted to delete the current settings

Also check that your GPU driver is up to date.

Those steps already do it but it only works for a few days and then the same thing happens again. Please, you will have some other alternative to solve this problem. I've also reinstalled it and it's still the same.lem.
