Adobe photoshop CS6 tab is at the corner even though it's not floating

When i'm making a new layout the tab is always at the top left corner. How to fix this?

What version of windows are you using?

What is the screen resolution?

Do you have the Windows OS scaling set to something other than 100%?

Windows 10

Resolution: 1920 x 1080

I fixed it already! When you mentioned scaling I remembered that i changed the High DPI Scalling Overide into System (which used to be Application)

because the interface is so tiny (image below).

So now i changed it back to its original, interface is tiny tho a problem is fixed.
Is there anything that should be done to enlarge the interface?
