Adobe Photoshop Elements

Hi Everybody,

Could you help me, pls!

Is Adobe photoshop the same as Adobe photoshop elements?

I am asking it as I have a Macbook Air and I can use only the Adobe Photoshop elements on in.

I have a mockup but I cannot change the My Design part as it does not open my photo.

I need a orogramme that can handle Mockups for socks, Layers and smart objects.

Help me, pls!
