adobe photoshop evaluation period

Guys, a friend who signs the adobe photography plan that contains photoshop and lightroom classic, she still asks someone else,
installs the adobe premiere that was not in her package, and also wasn't original, only now when opening the o adobe photoshop appears a message "evaluation of 7 days",
and before installing or the adobe premiere does not seem to have a message, there is a solution for this case. thank you guys.

Is she signed in with her correct ID (the one she used for the photography plan)? 

Has she tried signing out and in again?
