Adobe Photoshop iPad

Just got adobe the other day and have been having a lot of problems with trying to access all of my apps. Downloaded Photoshop on the iPad and it won't let me use it after I sign in. It says, "You must be licensed for this product by your administrator." I have a student Adobe account and it will not let me access anything. HELP!

Hi

  • Is the student account through your school or did you purchase it directly from Adobe? If the license was purchased by your school you need to talk to your school's IT department.
  • Are you signed in with the same ID that you have for Photoshop on the desktop? Try signing out, then sign in again and make sure you use the same ID.
  • When you say you are having trouble with "all all of your apps", can you specify which ones? And what kind of trouble?

We need more information to better assist.
