Adobe photoshop not working on MacBook how to solved?

Adobe photoshop not working on my MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2015), also I purched it from shop, but the activation code is not valid, what was the issue? as of my exprience its maybe a network issue, and I checked my MacBook to a repair center near dubai, and they are activate my accout also changes dome hardware setting.
