adobe photoshop

I need someones help ! I've been trying to figure out why my photoshop is being odd. Every time I open a default page or even a customized page my screen turns black and white zigzag and wont let me see what I'm doing. I can still edit but I cannot see what I'm editing. I have an Acer Nitro 5 Ryzen 5 laptop. The only time photoshop or even animate would work is if it was downloaded on a flashdrive first from another computer but it won't even work with that now. I need someones help I have to finish my midterm.
