Adobe PS - This app can't run on your PC

Hello,

 

my Adobe Photoshop 2025 suddenly stopped working and whenever I try to launch it, this "warning" pops up. What's the solution for this, please? Thank you.

How long did Photoshop 2025 work correctly before it started saying it cannot run on your PC?

And just to add --- I have already tried uninstalling then re-instalinng. It didn't help
