Adobe refund
I wanted to complain about my adobe subscription and billing. This is due to me taking the free trial for adobe, then I realising it had been billed to my account once the trial was over. I quickly cancelled the subscription and tried my best to contact adobe support with no help.
I also read online that if the subscription is cancelled before 14 of the monthly subscription U could receive a refund.
However, I have checked my account and seen no evidence that a refund will happen. I wanted to talk on here to file a complaint, as well as ask for advice on what I should do next to receive my money back.
