Adobe's ridiculous customer service.

I have a monthly subscription. Adobe is still trying to charge me for a cancelation fee.  Customer support does not want to help in any way.  Check this out:

Yes and then renew subscriptions without warning

Can you check exactly which subscription you have. Photoshop is available as both a monthly subscription and as an annual subscription paid monthly. The latter has a cheaper monthly payment, but commits to 12 months.

If it is the monthy (rather than the annual paid monthly) then no-one in this user forum, which is answered by volunteers not employees, can help you. You need to continue your conversation above with Adobe customer care.

 

Note : Do not respond to anyone in this forum asking for account info, for example by private message. Scammers are known to pose as employees to do that.
