Adobe save for web error

Estou com esse problema nas 3 ultimas versões, não consigo salvar para web em nenhum dos formatos.

Uso imac 2020 e todo sistema atualizado.

 

Preciso muito corrigir este erro.

create a new directory on your desktop.  when you click save.. navigate to that desktop directory and save there.

do you have ample free space available on your main (c) drive?

 

if yes, close photoshop, and then open it was root privileges, 3 Ways to Open Applications With Root Privileges on a Mac (wikihow.com)

@kglad Sim, não estou usando nem 30% da capacidade do disco. Esse erro não me deixar gerar GIF animados nem salvar web. 

já reinstalei até outras versões e nada. 😞

Make sure Photoshop has disk and file & folder access under System Preferences > Security & Privacy:

You may need to tickle the setting by removing and readding Photoshop to these settings.
