Adobe Save for Web Error

My problem is that I have created an animation from a little Photoshop creation of mine and wanted to save it as an animated gif. I followed the attached notes from helpx.adobe.com and keep getting the same error message screen-shot attached also. 

I have been trawling through this topic and have NOT found a solution that works. Some have misguidedly said it has to do with Drop Box which I misguidedly trashed. 

I note that this issue has been around for a LONG time.

WHAT IS THE RIGHT SOLUTION??

Please note I have the latest Big Sur version and all the latest adobe updates - have restarted my iMac a couple of times with no improvement
