Adobe Sensei is not an application. It is Artificial Intelligence that Adobe has been using in multiple Adobe applications for a good number of years. Jesús Ramirez has a good explanation here:

You can get 7-day trials to most Adobe applications here. They roll into an annual subscription if you do not cancel within the seven days.
