I'm seeting this on my computer, can i delete is safefly or is it still in use? thanks.

You can delete it. When Adobe products had the Minibridge panel, it was used to communicate between it and Bridge. Minibridge was built on the now obsolete Flash technology. I think it was removed from Photoshop in 2010, and InDesign was the last holdout.
