Adove Photoshop 2019 CC Save For Web Not working

Hi everyone,

Every time I try to save for web for an image now, the Save for web window looks like this and even when I click save it says error operation could not be complete. This wasn't a problem last week but I had recently updated the software on my computer from Mac 10.14 Mojave to 10.15 Big Sur yesterday so Im not sure if that could be a part of the problem.
