after catallina mac (64bit) photoshop liquify brush size shortcut lagging

is anybody have problem like me?

after upgrade catalina in mac the photoshop version changed 64bit virsion photoshop I think. 

before version(until photoshop ca6, mojave in mac) I used brush size shortcut control+option+mouse drag. in liquify. 

It works well and brush size changed immagiatly. 

 after upgrade photoshop cc, only in liquify this shortcut doesnt change immediatly. I searched this issue I changed preference, performance, gpu option. It doesnt solved. 

it shortcut happens only using liquify. in normal work field, this shortcut works immediatly. 

I think photoshop use many resources in cpu or gpu. photoshop is heavier. 

and this issue only happened only in mac??
