after i made the mask inside the image layer i click on ctrl +s and it dosenot save

Hi, what was the original format? Did you try to save a copy to Psd?

I tried to make the image after mask into Smart object and save it but still not work

You might need to change the save as to legacy in preferences. You cannot save a jpeg without th layers.
