After using NORMAL MAP filter my start up. window shows

Everytime i use the Normal Map filter in the Adobe Photoshop Version: 22.5.5 20220106.r.691 150bba4 x64 Version on my WINDOWS 10 Pc my start up screen shows up and I can not change anything. I have to save the file , then exit PS and restart again. I noticed that changes can be made but the worspace view is frozen. Is that a common bug ? How do I fix it ?

Hi

Hit Ctrl + K to bring up the Preferences then select the Technology Previews tab and enable Deactivate Native Canvas, restart Photoshop to see if it helps.
