Thanks for reaching out. Could you tell me a bit more about the issue you're seeing? For example, which version of Photoshop you're currently using? Also, do you get any error messages when trying to import the MP3 file? If so, a screenshot would be super helpful. And just to narrow things down, is this happening only with that specific audio file, or with others too?
