    Do you use more than one hard disk on a regular basis, if so temporary files might be stored on different discs? Usually, no problem, unless you switch between different USB ports, then depending on the operating system. On Windows use explorer search in programs

    and a list of files and all the different versions of ahclient.ddl stored on the computer harddisc.

    click on it and you will find the stored files full address in the browser bar click on it and the browser opens it looks like this

    here you find the file you're looking for

    (internet explorer, for example, C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Lightroom Classic CC\VersionInfo.xml

    in the window:

    <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>

    -<manifest version="2.0">

    -<versioninfo>

    -<build lang="mul" version="8.2.1" subproduct="CodeSign" product="Lightroom" platform="win64" licensemodel="None" format="Folder" datetime="2019/03/19:04:47:59" compilertarget="Release" build="1206193.1">

    -<fileinfo>

    <file size="1785344" name="ACE.dll" md5="16836dbcc1daab6722eaf57eb180e060"/

    <file size="476672" name="Adobe Lightroom CEF Helper.exe" md5="c1db872ce6496bdd43a8b6efe2006a43"/>

    <file size="1658880" name="AdobeLinguistic.dll" md5="26903ffde3558741192db2c60cc5b973"/>

    <file size="11138560" name="AdobePDFL.dll" md5="dcabdf27d3011be8b361a71f4707a464"/>

    <file size="493568" name="AdobePIP.dll" md5="48a6b92ad4b4cec407068df1114e66a4"/

    <file size="67584" name="AdobeStock.lrplugin" md5="001e231cc89976d168bf4afbe35e3ec1"/>

    <file size="1272832" name="AdobeXMP.dll" md5="77fcd69957400bc4ed9e9f86ccb85b42"/>

    <file size="1342464" name="AdobeXMPFiles.dll" md5="a540ae16d7083b0386a8ee3d3679f0c8"/>

    <file size="135680" name="AdobeXMPScript.dll" md5="ac00b76a979ae840629607703309dce8"/>

    <file size="598528" name="AgKernel.dll" md5="f4c71d28e3104e124325a1b1ff5544a7"/>

    <file size="8364544" name="AGM.dll" md5="1cdd7b8343b885286397c08118968c14"/>

    <file size="418816" name="ahclient.dll" md5="f069b07f1d5a6c010cc00c029981233d"/>

    the address of the file, however it should not affect photoshop from opening. So in case uninstall or clean start up the computer and open every program one by one you can find what is causing the trouble not starting Photoshop.

    I've located the file, it's in the correct directory now. I still can't launch Photoshop as i'm receiving the same issue. That it 'can't be found'?
