Hi, can someone help? I am trying to expand my background on PS 25, and it tells me I'm violating community standards and won't let me do anything to fix it. Has anyone else had this problem, and how did you fix it? I operate and set up in Australia, and I have always been in Australia.

Adobe AI is very sensitive about a lot of things. It may occurs that your image content is related to violence, politics, transphobia or racial something… It is also possible that the image rights are protected from any modification…
It would be intersting to post it here for us to understand better this issue.

Didier is correct, and remember that no human is examining your image for such violation. It merely means that the pattern of pixels resembles something recognisable by AI as a potential violation.
How to fix, either change the image content to hide anything that might resemble a violation, or go back to the old tools e.g. content aware fill which has served well for many years.
