AI generative fill problems

There seems to be a bug in the latest version of Photoshop AI Generative fill. I started a "help" discussion on the Adobe forum and discovered that a number of people agreed that there is a "problem" in certain circumstances.

The first issue is that if an individual in a group is removed instead of the space being filled with the background another fictional individual is generated. If attempts are made to remove several individuals AI generates a group of other images to replace them. If there is sufficient background visible in the photo why can the AI be told via a simple command to fill the space with a background generated from the image?

A second foible apparently exists if part of the image has no pixels. If multiple layers are used and due to overlapping layers a small area of "transparent hole" is left it would be very useful if AI could look at the area around the "hole" and generate a fill to match the surroundings. If the layers are merged and the "hole" is randomly filled with a colour. If the area is selected AI will then generate a matching area and cover the random colour with a realistic fill. Could AI do this with a "sample all layers" command.
