Hello everyone

I tried to execute the instructions of this video tutorial and in the attachment you can see the results:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uecCnOqTrnE&t=47s

I do the same operations but the results are terrible: the face appearance is completaly different to original, also change the body shape or the posture...why does this happen ?

Thanks a lot.

Hi @Francesco33782705n48c have you tried using the Neural Filters>Skin Smoothing and Smart Portrait instead of Generative Fill? The results are better IMO and easier to use. Still using AI but not generating new features.

Hi Kevin,
I tried Neural filter for skin smoothing...it's great !!! But I would like to operate something on tonal changing...I know frequency separation technique and the use of gaussian blur in order to smooth different tone areas, but I would like to automate this workflow...with AI fill generative it's possible to operate skin smoothing and tonal smoothing at the same moment.

Hi @Francesco33782705n48c Generative Fill will replace your image with new features so I would avoid AI for tonal shifts. If you are trying to fully automate this you may be better off looking at a third party soluion like Topaz.
