AI tool seems to be missing

On December 31 I was exploring the use of Photoshop AI tools to transform an image into a radically different style. The original image could be transformed into several unique styles, including Pop Art, Cubism, Color Marker, Claymation, Paper Crafts, and several others. I planned to modify several photos using this great tool. It could be run only for a limited number of times a day (about 10, as I recall), but it still was perfect for a project I had started.
Today the AI feature I used in December seems to be gone. Generative Fill and Generate Image still exist, but the tool to modify an existing image seems to be gone. Am I missing something? I'm guessing that was a feature in beta test, but I really don't know. Also, I don't know the name of the feature or which menu accessed it.
I attached the original image and 2 of the images the AI system created from that.
Can someone tell me if and where I can access that functionality? Thanks!
P.S.
I am running Photoshop 26.2.0 on a PC.
