Align Text To the Text Frame - Huge Bug In RTL/Hebrew !! Adobe CC 19.1.3

When i Copy-Paste Text (From Any website, Email, Doc) - The Text Not aligns correctly to the Frame (No need to say to much see the photo).

How to solve this (Huge bug - when you design sites most of the time you copy-paste text -or- ipsum)

I find the solution:

1. Not friendly!

2. Not useful (Why ever I want my text to be not aligned!)

3. Not intuitive

Please change this weird Idea,

Users here can not change Photoshop. We are users like you can you change Photoshop.   If you want Adobe to make changes to Photoshop you should use Adobe's feedback site. Let Adobe Know what you want. Here is an Adobe link  please use it Photoshop Family Customer Community
