Question

All Creative Cloud Files Gone

Woke up today like any other day and decided to open photoshop - 89 ish GB of creative cloud synced files are completely gone, it now reads '0 GB used'. My PS home screen shows my recently opened documents but clicking on them brings the message 'you no longer have access to this file' and it disappears entirely too.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, I haven't managed to get a reply from any official staff

I haven't had any kind of warning email or message or notification within any Adobe software so have they basically just deleted 90GB of various projects and proposals with no prior warning with no way of recovery? Even for Adobe that sounds like incredibly harsh treatment of customers.

That link also says from February 1st, but I've been regularly using it since then almost daily and this issue has only just ocurred, I would also expect the sync folder to be missing or gone from the screen as opposed to now reading as '0GB used' and 'no folders made yet', and the '0GB of your cloud files are synced and backed up' at the top of screen also wouldn't add up.

Thank you for the help and link, I'll continue to look into it.

@Jack38584644rfne individual emails were sent several times over the course of the past year prior to February. Check your spam/junk filters.

The EOL was a rolling phase out so Feb 1 was the official start of the end.

The 0 GB would be accurate if the synced files folder has indeed been emptied. They turned off the sync to local desktop earlier this year much to the complaint of users.

Maybe restarting your PC? If you have a modem/router, might also power down, wait 30s and restart that.

I know that sounds obvious, but you want to rule out an OS glitch and connection.
