All files missing in PS for iPad

I am not a professional, so I don't log into PS often. I really only use the PS on my iPad when I need to use the apple pencil because I don't have any sort of stylus on my laptop for drawing.  Point being I think the last time I used PS on my iPad was areound the beginning of July.  Today I hopped on to upload an old image to make a t-shirt and all of my files I created on the iPad are gone.  I did have to log in today which is the first time PS has made me do that in a year or so.  I checked creative cloud and none of the files from my iPad are there except for the ones I shared with myself to edit on my laptop after I used the pencil.  I am at a loss as to where to even start looking for these files.  They have always just been there, so I am wondering if anyone has experienced this before and knows what I need to do? Or why it did this?
