All my actions have disappeared

I update the new version and see that I don't have any of my actions saved.

How can I recover them?

@Lacanilladigital take a look here

It's a good idea to backup your Actions etc to another storage device for save keeping

Thanks so much @Ged_Traynor

After recovering version 24.7.2 with my actions, I was able to make a copy and paste of "these". I have recovered them. I can breathe again....
But I don't know why Adobe gives us these things.

Well, after returning to version 24.7.2, I have recovered my actions.

The problem came with the update to 25.1, because yesterday I was working with version 25.0 and I had all my actions.
and today with the update they have disappeared. What can I do to keep my actions in the new version?

@Lacanilladigital did you look in this location as per the below article, also did you save your actions as Sets

C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop <version>\Presets\Actions

My hands start to shake and I start to get very angry, I look in C:\Users\user\AppData\Roaming\Adobe and there is no action from photoshop 2020.

What happened?
