I have the latest PS 2020. In following along a lecture on how to enlarge an image without losing quality, I am encountering the following problem.

Steps taken: - Image - Image Size - enter desired pixels - tick Resample

With Resample selected I do not get the "Preserve Details 2.0" option which is present on the lecture I am following (course presenter is using PS 2019). I only get the "Automatic",  "Preserve Details (Enlargement)" and "Bicubic Smoother (Enlargement)" options. Can someone assist?

Hello, if you go on Preferences>Technology Preview, do you see a checkmark before Preserve Details 2.0 ? which version of Photoshop are you running, (check in help>system info) on which version of which operating system?

What are the dimentions in pixels of your original image?

The pixels on the original image was 2000 x1333. Was enlarging to 8000. Worked pretty well on Bicubic Smoother.

I just checked and there was not a checkmark before Preserve Details 2.0. Am presuming that is the problem. I am currently running version 21.1.0 of PS. Thank you very much for your assistance. Much appreciated.
