Alt-Colour pick hotkey change

I want to change the hotkey for the alt-colour pick, however I can only see the option to change the colour picker tool 'i'. I want to change it over because I'm left handed and its uncomfortable having to reach over all the time for a function I use all the time. I've managed to hotkey all my tools to the right hand side of the keyboard so it'd be nice to have the alt colour pick there to

Your keyboard doesn't have an Alt key on the right side as well as the left side?

The Alt key on the right side should pick the colors just like the left Alt key without any remapping of keys.

The option of Alt on either side of the keyboard only exists in the US. In the UK we have Alt Gr on the right and its a hotkey for another use. This really causes problems in workflow for left-handed users. There doesn't seem a way to change this.
