ALT+SHIFT+CTRL+S not working

Shortcut for "Save to Web" not working. Can still access the function via File>Export>Save to Web, but the keyboard shortcut was convenient when using this with multiple files. 

ver 22.4.3 on Windows 10

For me that works in the same version on same system. Reset workspace to default or preferences.

    The shortcut is working fine for me with version 22.4.3 on Windows 10, have you checked the keyboard shortcuts from the edit menu
