Tem opções que estão desabilitadas por conta de ser menor de idade. Mas não sou menor de idade, apenas coloquei a data de nascimento errada. Como posso alterar

    Why is the Generative Fill button greyed out if I'm over 18?

    If you find that Generative Fill is greyed out for you and you're over the age of 18, it is possible that you may not have a valid Date of Birth associated with your Adobe ID account. To update your Date of Birth, you can do either of the following:

    • Sign out and sign back in to both the Creative Cloud Desktop app and the Photoshop (beta) app
    • Log into Behance with your Adobe ID and enter your Date of Birth.
    • If you sign in using social sign-in (Apple, Google, and Facebook), ensure that your date of birth in that account is set to public instead of private.

    Once your Date of Birth is up to date, relaunch the Photoshop (beta) app to enable Generative Fill.

      Eu ja tinha a conta do behance criada para meus trabalhos, então nao pediram a minha data de nascimento novamente. E eu logo com meu google eu certifiquei que minha data de nascimento é de maior de idade nas redes sociais conectadas, e estao publicas tambem! Realmente eu nao estou conseguindo resolver. Por favor, me ajuda

        ainda nao consegui, se resolver por favor me avise. Preciso para realizar meus trabalhos, essa ferramenta seria essencial 


        Estou com o mesmo problema e não consigo alterar a data de nascimento. Tenho 65 anos e o Adobe acha que tenho menos de 18 anos. Nunca me pediram data de nascimento nenhuma e adoram (a ADOBE) receber meus pagamentos. Estou pensando em acionar o site reclame aqui
