Tem opções que estão desabilitadas por conta de ser menor de idade. Mas não sou menor de idade, apenas coloquei a data de nascimento errada. Como posso alterar

    Why is the Generative Fill button greyed out if I'm over 18?

    If you find that Generative Fill is greyed out for you and you're over the age of 18, it is possible that you may not have a valid Date of Birth associated with your Adobe ID account. To update your Date of Birth, you can do either of the following:

    • Sign out and sign back in to both the Creative Cloud Desktop app and the Photoshop (beta) app
    • Log into Behance with your Adobe ID and enter your Date of Birth.
    • If you sign in using social sign-in (Apple, Google, and Facebook), ensure that your date of birth in that account is set to public instead of private.

    Once your Date of Birth is up to date, relaunch the Photoshop (beta) app to enable Generative Fill.

    Why is the Generative Fill button greyed out if I'm over 18?

      Instalando a versão beta com a ia, passei pelo mesmo problema agora a pouco ...

      Segui fazendo o login no behance e alterei a data RESOLVIDO OBRIGADO!

        Olá! 

        No momento em que aqui escrevo (Agosto de 2023), falei com uma Funcionária da Adobe via Chat, na minha primeira tentativa apareceu em Inglês mesmo (*foi o que apareceu primeiro no Sistema; depois que redirecionou para 'abobe/br'), sou do Brasil, e ela me confirmou que o "Back End Team" cuidaria do meu caso, e me deu o prazo de "2 a 3 horas" para limparem minha "Data de Nascimento" incorreta do Sistema da Adobe, em que havia errado apenas o Mês no preenchimento da instalação do Adobe Acrobat Reader App para Android.

        Deu certo! Se soubesse, não teria tentado deletar minha Conta que tinha apenas esse pequeno 'erro' no Registro, que depois voltei atrás e cancelei, nem teria desinstalado o App no meu Smartphone Android. Tudo Ok até agora.


        * 'adobe/br' * (*foi o corretor Ortográfico do Android que pôs isso errado no texto..) 😅
