Hello dear community! I hope you are having a great day. I wanted to share with you that I am having a little problem with my designs and I was looking for some help. It turns out that when I try to work with Camara RAW in Photoshop and select the "select people" option, I get a message that says: An unexpected error has occurred, so your request could not be completed.

I would like to know if any of you have experienced something similar and if you have any suggestions or solutions for my problem. Before everything was working fine on my computer, but now I am a bit lost and need your help. I am attaching a screenshot of the error so you can better understand what is happening to me.

Hi @Jean Carlos296023825bf7 Go to Photoshop Help Menu/System Info and copy/paste details in a reply. Post only once as the system takes time to process the large amount of data.

Review your system's specs and compare them to the minimum requirements document:

If your system is up to the task, then try resetting your Adobe Camera Raw preferences, may help. 

Hold down the Command key and select Photoshop > Preferences > Camera Raw (macOS*) or hold down the Ctrl key and select Edit > Preferences > Camera Raw (Windows).
Click Yes in the dialog that asks "Delete the Camera Raw Preferences?"
