Animdessin2 export animation with transparent background

Hi,

I usually do not have an issue with this and I do not know what is wrong. I have animated a sequence in animdessin2 in photoshop cc 2015 and I need it to have a transparent background. I believe I have it set up right, as I've animated before and exported it on a transparent background before. But whenever I render the video it comes out on a black background.

^those are my settings when exporting. I do not have a background layer and none of my layers have any background so I am confused as to why this is happening. Please help me! I need to layer these animations in after effects for a job and I'm not sure why this is happening all of the sudden. I have looked everywhere and cannot find an answer that works.

I am working on a Macbook pro, MacOs Sierra 10.12.4
