I recently upgraded to Windows 11. I use a Wacom tablet and pen for my work. I have noticed that when I want to move a guideline with my pen an annyoing white circle appears and the line won't move. I can move the guideline with my mouse but I prefer to use the pen in my workflow. I have been unable to find any information on how to stop this from happening. Any thoughts or suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanks so much.

Press and Hold is the most likely culpret, but try Visual Effects as well. Mine are both enabled. You need to turn them off.
If still in trouble, check out the guide on the Lazy Nezumi Pro site.
Good luck, and please let us know what fixes it.

I did additional research and found that Windows "pen and touch" settings
were causing the problem.
When I turned those functions off the circle no longer appears.
Thanks so much for your comment.

Apparently the Windows 11 Pen and Touch feature is still causing an annoyance. The circle has stopped since I turned of the feature but now when I press the pen to select a tool it makes a little "burst" for lack of a better word. I really don't want any animation associated with my pen tool. Again, I'm using a Wacom tablet and pen. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks !!

Did you disable Show Visual Effects? In the same Windows Pen and touch settings.
