Annoying Cloud pop-up

How do you get rid of this annoying "New : Cloud Documents" box? I do use, nor do I want to use the cloud, but am wary of clicking 'OK' in case Adobe launches a cloud based add-on to my settings. What happened to a simple 'X', 'No thanks' or 'Close' option in these pop-ups?

Try going into Preferences/File Handling and changing your Default File Location to "On Your Computer "instead of Adobe Cloud.

I did that some time ago, and have just checked - the preference is still set at 'On Your Computer'
