Annoying helpx page pop up

Hi, I did once (a few months back) open the Photoshop help section for a specific subject and it redirected me to this page: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/add-edit-text.html

Now it opens in a new tab on my browser whenever I open any PSD file in Photoshop and it is super annoying. How to disable this? If it helps I am on Win11, and Google Chrome.

Thanks, I think clicking through different help topics somehow reset it - now it's gone finally.
