Annoying Text Bubble Pop-Up

Guys, please help me. 
Every time I use the Type tool, this annoying little character pop-up pops up right in front of the text I'm typing and I have to move it every single time. Is there perhaps a way where I can disable this as its so annoying and frustrating everytime I want to type.

Please help me cos I honestly want to throw my laptop every time it happens 🙂

Yeah that's called the Contextual Task Bar and you can disable it by going to Window>Contextual Task Bar
