I understand your frustration.  I have never run into any issues with Wacom, XP-Pen or Xencelabs products when using Adobe software.

First are all your drivers for your Wacom devices up to date?
Secondly does your computer have any updates?
Thirdly are you using the latest versions of Adobe software?

Then might to get your computer looked at. Maybe.

I know you are probably frustrated... when I have something booger up (that rarely happens) I freak the F out.  Trust me. But I would never go on the attack.  Because  usually there is a solution... but I get it.


Have you also joined the Wacom Facebook groups?  They can also be quite helpful. 


And if you dislike paying for things then you have free options such a Gimp and Photopea. But I bet you will have a heart attack because there you do not get any support and the programs are poorly made clones.

Do some basic troubleshooting. Does this happen if you unplug the tablet? have you updated the tablet driver?

How old is your computer and how much RAM and spare hard disk capacity do you have?

I understand your frustration, but your experience is not universal. I have Photoshop running on a couple of PCs here without issue - no freezes no delays. I also use Wacom Intuos Pro. My daughter runs her own version on a laptop - again with a tablet and with no freezing issues.

Can you go to Photoshop's Help - System Info and click Copy. Then paste the info here.

Can you also confirm which Wacom tablet driver you are using.
