Any Adobe Apps have automatic text resizing to fit a box?

I am trying to get text to automatically resize to fit a text box, but you can't do it in Photoshop. Adobe Express has the feature, but it can only output at 96 dpi if I am not mistaken. Are there any other Adobe Apps that can do this? Or is there a way to output at 300 dpi in Adobe Express?

Please elaborate and post screenshots (including the pertinent Panels) to clarify. 

Point Text or Paragraph Text, just single words or large amounts of multiline type, …? 

I expect a Script could help but it would not work »live« but would probably need to be triggered.

I am trying to find another way to do the dynamic text feature in Adobe Express, where if I type into a text box the text will automatically resize to fit it. See the attached image.

I think a Script could (if necesssary) split the text into three separate Type Layers and then edit them accordingly. 

How experienced are you with Photoshop Scripting?
