Anyone know how to intentionally get this bar to show?

This randomlly popped up for me one day, and a coworker also wants to have this out as a side bar rather than selecting it each time from the menu. We run on the same version of photoshop on MAC OS, but can't get this bar to show on their computer.

That's the Contextual Task Bar and can be found at the bottom of the Window menu.

It cannot be Docked (yet), but there are lots of requests for Docking. It can be Pinned for the current session — use the dots on the far right.

It's new. If your co-worker does not have it, can they check to see which (exact) version of Photoshop they are using?
