application error

hello!

I just installed Photopshop 2021 and for some reason it’s dismissing all my assignments. I can’t seem to save a file, or flatten a multiple layered image. Also I experience difficulty when zooming in. 

I’m attaching a screenshot of the error type. It says ‘Can’t execute your request because of an application error’.

Maybe you could help me out or let me know what to do.
