apply camera raw preset by photoshop script

I have an XMP file 
how can I apply the XMP file in the camera row by JavaScript
like I run the script on the activeDocument
it will ask for selecting the XMP file 
and it will apply the XMP preset

Try saving adjustments as a new preset as already suggested. You can record Photoshop action to apply preset. Note: if you turn on modal control for action step (arrow pointing to modal control) you will be able to modify or adjust setting recorded in Photoshop action, ACR window will open and wait for you to readjust and confirm.

I don't want it to convert them to action because i have more than 60000 xmp files to apply multiple images at once
