Apply the Transformation Window

Hi Can somebody please tell me how to stop the Apply the Transformation? popup every time I try and confirm a transformation by clicking a new tool. I know if I hit return instead it doesn't come up, but it does if you try and click on a tool and I don't want it at all. I accept that once in a hundred transformations I may not want to apply it, but I can apple z or use the history. It's not like a transformation in Photoshop is irreversible. Adds an hour on my day. Hi

Try updating to version CC2019, 20.0.5, this version has an auto commit for the free transform tool so when you select another tool the transform is applied without a popup

    Hi SanSimeon,

As you're looking to transform in Photoshop and it is not working as expected.

Could you please take a look at this article Transform objects in Photoshop and let us know if that helps?

Hi Akash, thanks. The article does confirm that you need to hit enter or return to apply a transformation, I guess my issue is why do I have to confirm it? It's just a speed thing. After all, I can use a brush without having to hit enter to confirm I want what I've just brushed to happen, why must I with a transformation. I'll just have to get used to hitting return or enter after transforming instead of trying to move onto a new toll which brings up the Apply the Transformation? box. At least that way the popup won't come up. N
