Question

Aquario Textile Designer, will Adobe offer a pattern textile extension?

Adobe Textile Designer (beta) was discontinued a few years ago. There is now a new outside extension available that appears to be very similar called, Aquario Textile Designer (they even use the same graphics from the Adobe beta version). Aquario is charging $10 a month or $110 for a year. I want to know if Adobe is going to be adding its own pattern extension or feature in the future. It obviously doesn't make sense to have to pay for something Adobe may offer in addition to the expensive fee I'm already being charged for with Creative Suite. Thanks!

Aquario has partnered with Adobe to be the replacement going forward for Textile Designer. Currently Textile Designer has the repeats software released and the product will also have color reduction and Colorist coming out in the first half of 2022 as well. You can reach out to Aquario for any questions you may have.

I can not comment on anything still in developement by Adobe, but I can say that if this software is how you make money.  Ten bucks is nothing and I'd pay that to keeep them open and feeding their families and making cool software.
