Is there a way in photoshop cs6 to arc the bottom part of a text but keeping a straight line at the top of it? I've seen a lot of tutorials of how to do it on illustrator but not on ps...

There's many different ways to do this in Ps but I'm gong to show you 3.

1. You can do it in Illustrator and bring it into Ps as a Smart Object. That will allow you to use the tutorials you've found and it keeps everything editable.

2. You can go to into the Type menu at the top, choose Warp Text and use Arc Lower with a negative value. This can be used on Live Text:

3. You can Rasterize you Text Layer then go into the Edit menue, find Transform and choose Warp:
