Are Adobe iPad apps forgotten products of Adobe?

I’m curious about the lack of substantial improvements in Adobe iPad apps, considering that I pay a significant monthly fee for them. In contrast, for instance, I have the same functionalities on Davinci Resolve on both my PC and iPad, which I purchased once for a lifetime.
