are the kyle t webster brushes free?

im a newbie at adobe photo shop and i wanted to get more brushes and i saw that the kyle t webster brushes offer manga brushes and a mega pack with 300 brushes i was wondering are the brushes free? also im curious if 1 of them have like a leaf brush so u can draw leaves? if it is free is their a video how to download them?. please help.

If you have a CC subscription then yes, you can download them from within Photoshop, just click on the Get More Brushes from the fly out menu

im paying for photoshop does that mean im a cc subriber? if not does it cost, and is downloading from brusheezy safe have you got brushes on their?

If you open Photoshop and go Help > About Photoshop it will show you the version number, but if you paying monthly, then you have a Creative Cloud subscription.

I have a Brush Easy license but no longer use it since the CC 2018 brush management system was introduced, as I feel it has made Brush Easy redundant. So I don't know about Derrick's .abr brush downloads. I do know about the Kyle Webster brushes though, and think his Mega-Pack has some excellent brush presets. As Ged has told you, they are free for Photoshop CC subscribers.
